This includes a pre-session consultation, professional lighting, private online gallery to review images, professional lab used for prints, and high-resolution digital files. Detailed wardrobe guides and location suggestions are provided once your booking is confirmed.

Most portrait and lifestyle sessions begin at a base investment, with final pricing determined after consultation. Business, branding, and event projects are quoted individually based on scope and usage needs.

Yes. Commercial, branding, and business projects follow a separate process that may include usage considerations, licensing, and full payment prior to the session. Details are discussed during consultation to ensure clarity on both sides.

Tyeshia Barnes Photography is based in Dallas Texas and serves clients throughout the surrounding areas. Travel may be available for select sessions and events; additional details can be discussed during consultation.

Sessions are booked directly through the website by selecting your desired experience and available date. Once your booking request is submitted and the non-refundable booking fee is paid, your date is reserved and we’ll follow up to confirm details and next steps. This can also be done by calling or sending an email. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date and time.

To make things easy, we require a non-refundable retainer to officially put your date on the calendar. This ensures that the date is exclusively yours and allows us to begin the pre-session planning process.

You can secure your date by paying your non-refundable retainer on our website or by calling or emailing us and we will send you an invoice via email that can be securely paid online.

Yes. A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your session date and time. This fee secures your spot on the calendar and is applied toward your final session total.

For your convenience, the remaining is invoiced separately after your session details are finalized and the balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. You will receive an automated invoice via email with a secure link to pay.

Availability is limited and dates — especially evenings and weekends — fill quickly. Booking as early as possible is recommended to secure your preferred timeframe.

Session length varies depending on the experience selected. Most portrait sessions last approximately one hour, while branding, events, and specialized sessions may require additional time.

We know you're excited! Editing takes time to ensure the best quality. 

• Lifestyle/Portraits: 1–2 weeks.

• Events/Weddings: 4–6 weeks.

• Real Estate: 24–48 hours (we know speed is key for listings!).

Rush processing may be available upon request.

We believe your memories deserve to live off the screen. While all 'Experiences' include some high-resolution digital files for sharing, we also offer a curated selection of museum-grade prints, heirloom albums, and custom wall art to preserve your legacy.

We understand life happens! With sufficient notice, the booking fee may be applied toward one rescheduled date, subject to availability.  Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session may result in a forfeit of the retainer.

Your experience is our priority. If the forecast isn't in our favor, we’ll work together to offer a complimentary reschedule to the next available date that works for you. Alternatively, we can move the session to a pre-approved indoor studio location.

Wear outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. Solid colors, minimal/simple  patterns, and coordinating (but not matching) outfits work best for group photos. Styling support is always available if you’d like help narrowing down options.
