This food photography session took me to a quaint little Thai restaurant called Holy Khao, where every dish was as beautiful as it was delicious. From vibrant curries to flavorful Lao sausage, each plate told a story — and I was lucky enough to capture it through my lens.

The owner, Amanda, shared the history of their popular Lao sausage — a recipe that began in 2020 during the pandemic. Its flavors were rich and memorable, and you can find images of it on my Instagram.

Then came the star of the day: the red curry. Every bite was a mini explosion of flavor — bold, spicy, and unforgettable. I couldn’t resist showcasing this photo because it embodies why I love photographing food: when taste and beauty collide.
