I have finally embraced my calling and I have noticed that my quality of photos have gotten better. Now I feel I am in a place where I can suggest some restaurants and critique the level of passion the establishment has for its food and customers.
This was a pretty intense session. Chef Antonio was filled with such intensity with his staff and me ensuring that the dishes represented him to the best of his ability.
The kitchen was bustling, the Chef was barking out orders and sending stuff back to be corrected, I nervously waited for the dishes to be placed in front of me. Sweat was on my brow and I was very impressed. I got lost in the emotions and had to match their intensity. Even as a seasoned food photographer you can get caught in the moment and temporarily forget why you are there. Lol.
The staff encouraged each other and rallied as a team to make this very positive shoot happen. I can only imagine how things would have gone if the restaurant was already open. *whew*
Introducing Mas Chingon. Grand Opening July 1, 2025 Dallas, TX in Oak Cliff.
I will definitely be checking out this restaurant once their doors are officially open! I want to taste the passion that Chef Antonio has in his food!
